The Outback Bowl New Years Eve Parade and Pep Rally is held every year on December 31st in historic Ybor City in Tampa, Florida. The parade features several floats and dozens of high school marching bands from all over the United States! The winner of the High School band competition even gets to perform at the Outback Bowl the next day!

The college bands and cheer squads from the two teams selected to play in the Outback Bowl come together at the Pep Rally for a classic battle of the bands! This family-friendly event is FREE to attend. The parade steps off at 5:30 p.m. and runs along 7th Avenue. The Pep Rally conlcudes by 8:00 p.m. allowing attendees to continue their New Years Eve festivities throughout Downtown Tampa.
